Each material is processed in our professional laboratories to be transformed into high-quality artisan products that, in a modern key, reflect the Tuscan and Made in Italy tradition.

ROSSORÉ ROSSO

Region: Toscany
Alcohol: 13.5%
Grapes: 85% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot, 5% Syrah

Aromas of cherry, dark fruits and vanilla. Soft and silky tannins. Perfect combined with red meats, pa- sta dishes and stews.

VINIFICATION
Traditional vinification method: the matured grapes are hand- picked, fermentation and maceration with skins take place at controlled temperature 20-23°C.

The malolactic fermentation is in stainless steel tanks.

WINE DESCRIPTION
Colour: Intense ruby red.
Bouquet: Aromas of cherry, dark fruits and notes of vanilla.
Taste: Soft and silky tannins.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal with pasta dishes and grilled red meats.
Serve at 16-18°C.

ROSSORÉ BIANCO

Region: Toscany
Alcohol: 12.5%
Grapes: 50% Traminer, 30% Trebbiano, 20% Viognier

Characterised by an intense perfume of delicate white flowers embellished with fruity notes. On the palate it is fresh and balanced. This a decidedly pleasant wine that is appreciated for its delicate fruity fragrances.

VINIFICATION
The hand-picked grapes are softly pressed.
Clarification takes place at controlled temperature 14-15°C, the ready product is filtered and fermented at 16-18°C.

Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete the wine is clarified and stabilized for the bottling.

WINE DESCRIPTION
Colour: Straw yellow.
Bouquet: Intense aromas of white flowers and tropical notes.
Taste: Soft and fruity.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Delicious with fish courses, appetizers and white meats.
Serve at 10-12°C.

ROSSORÉ ROSÉ

Region: Toscany
Alcohol: 12.5%
Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Syrah

Perfect combination with fish courses, appetizers and salads. Bouquet of peach, apricot and white wild flowers. Fresh and mineral on the palate.

VINIFICATION
The grapes are pressed and left to maceration for few minutes, separating the different colour fractions. The must, once cleaned, is fermented at controlled temp 12-16°C.

Once the alcoholic fermentation is complete the wine is clarified and stabilized for the bottling.

WINE DESCRIPTION
Colour: Pale pink.
Bouquet: On the nose evident bouquet of peach and white flowers.
Taste: On the palate it is fresh and mineral.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal with fish course, starters and salads.
Serve at 10-12°C.
