DESCRIZIONE
Structured, fruity, spicy and slightly bitter, it leaves an aftertaste of artichoke and aromatic herbs. Oil produced in a sustainable way, without the use of chemicals or herbicides, from the olive groves of the Pisan hills neighbouring the Park. The olives are selected and pressed in the company’s small oil mill in an artisanal way, paying the utmost care and attention in each production step.
